AeroPilates Reformer 287 review
New to Pilates and unfamiliar with the exercises, I took my time to play the two workout DVDs and figure out what this model is capable of. This AeroPilates Reformer 287 review was meant go over the quality and reliability of the machine, but I must say that I’m pleasantly surprised by how many options there are to train with this device. The varieties are truly impressive; they target many muscle groups, and especially the core.
The steel frame is reasonably heavy and super sturdy, and having non-skid attachments underneath only makes it more stable and reliable.
The cushion is very comfortable for your butt and back, and you can even place your knees without feeling any discomfort whatsoever. Though high density foam, it feels soft and super comfortable.
The sliding mechanism is smooth, and I love how evenly the weight gets distributed while you perform the moves, regardless of your body position.
Super convenient
The AeroPilates Reformer 287 is one of the most versatile, yet affordable pieces of equipment that we’ve reviewed here on Lifestyle Updated. It is foldable, which means space efficient; provides dozens of exercise variations; the intensity itself can be modified, in terms of either increasing it or decreasing it.
The construction quality is premium-grade, and considering the frame and parts manufacturer warranty, it was meant to last you a decade at least.
You get 3 elastic bungee cords, a sturdy non-skid steel frame, high density foam padding, and foldable mechanism for easy storage. Also included, are two DVDs with a garden variety of exercises, and a full-color workout chart with additional and simplified guidance.
Conclusion
If you are into reformer Pilates, the AeroPilates Reformer is one heck of an investment that is going to pay dividends down the road. Premium quality and relatively affordable, this is a deal I’ll definitely recommend.
